2. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Minor revisions or edits requested after delivery that are within the scope of the original assignment instructions.
- Changes in client requirements after work has already started or completed.
- Client dissatisfaction due to subjective opinions about content style, structure, or referencing, provided the work meets original instructions.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order details, including order ID, email, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted. This may occur if:
- Part of the assignment has already been completed or delivered.
- The client has requested modifications or changes beyond the original instructions.
